\/>Before&nbsp;quoting,&nbsp;the&nbsp;Salesman&nbsp;should&nbsp;know&nbsp;the&nbsp;basic&nbsp;information&nbsp;about&nbsp;the&nbsp;clients,&nbsp;for&nbsp;instance,&nbsp;the&nbsp;end&nbsp;users&nbsp;or&nbsp;not,&nbsp;the&nbsp;annual&nbsp;order&nbsp;quantity,&nbsp;the&nbsp;places&nbsp;of&nbsp;consuming,&nbsp;and&nbsp;the&nbsp;products&nbsp;the&nbsp;purposes,&nbsp;specification,&nbsp;quality&nbsp;and&nbsp;the&nbsp;abilities&nbsp;whether&nbsp;our&nbsp;factories&nbsp;to&nbsp;meet.<br \/>2\u3001&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5916\u5546\u7684\u90ae\u4ef6\u3001\u4f20\u771f\uff0c\u539f\u5219\u4e0a\u572824\u5c0f\u65f6\u5185\u7b54\u590d\uff1b\u7279\u6b8a\u60c5\u51b5\u9700\u8981\u5ef6\u671f\u7684\uff0c\u5e94\u53ca\u65f6\u5411\u5916\u5546\u89e3\u91ca\u53ca\u5927\u6982\u9700\u8981\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u3002<br \/>Generally&nbsp;as&nbsp;a&nbsp;rule,&nbsp;to&nbsp;reply&nbsp;the&nbsp;clients\u2019&nbsp;mails&nbsp;shall&nbsp;be&nbsp;within&nbsp;24&nbsp;hours&nbsp;after&nbsp;receiving;&nbsp;and&nbsp;please&nbsp;explain&nbsp;the&nbsp;reasons&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;clients&nbsp;due&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;things&nbsp;particular&nbsp;and&nbsp;need&nbsp;more&nbsp;time&nbsp;to&nbsp;deal&nbsp;with.<br \/>Quotations&nbsp;will&nbsp;be&nbsp;according&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;prices&nbsp;list&nbsp;(for&nbsp;oversea&nbsp;market)&nbsp;made&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;company&nbsp;Accounting&nbsp;Department,&nbsp;which&nbsp;will&nbsp;make&nbsp;prices&nbsp;adjustments&nbsp;according&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;market&nbsp;and&nbsp;the&nbsp;production&nbsp;cost&nbsp;at&nbsp;regular&nbsp;periods.<br \/>For&nbsp;big&nbsp;orders,&nbsp;the&nbsp;acceptable&nbsp;price&nbsp;from&nbsp;the&nbsp;clients&nbsp;is&nbsp;lower&nbsp;than&nbsp;our&nbsp;listed&nbsp;price,&nbsp;the&nbsp;salesman&nbsp;shall&nbsp;first&nbsp;report&nbsp;this&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;manager&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;departments&nbsp;for&nbsp;approval;&nbsp;and&nbsp;when&nbsp;the&nbsp;manager&nbsp;have&nbsp;no&nbsp;rights&nbsp;to&nbsp;approve,&nbsp;the&nbsp;price&nbsp;will&nbsp;directly&nbsp;go&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;general&nbsp;manager&nbsp;for&nbsp;approval.<br \/>In&nbsp;C&#038;F&nbsp;or&nbsp;CIF&nbsp;price&nbsp;terms,&nbsp;the&nbsp;salesman&nbsp;shall&nbsp;contact&nbsp;and&nbsp;deal&nbsp;with&nbsp;related&nbsp;companies&nbsp;in&nbsp;advance&nbsp;to&nbsp;confirm&nbsp;the&nbsp;things&nbsp;of&nbsp;shipment,&nbsp;insurance,&nbsp;commodity&nbsp;inspection&nbsp;etc.&nbsp;The&nbsp;basic&nbsp;conditions&nbsp;for&nbsp;selecting&nbsp;the&nbsp;related&nbsp;companies&nbsp;will&nbsp;be&nbsp;considering&nbsp;rich&nbsp;and&nbsp;professional&nbsp;practices,&nbsp;service&nbsp;with&nbsp;high&nbsp;efficiency&nbsp;and&nbsp;good&nbsp;prices.<br \/>6\u3001&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5916\u5546\u7684\u5bc4\u6837\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u539f\u5219\u4e0a\u8981\u6c42\u5230\u4ed8\uff1b\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6837\u54c1\u6570\u989d\u8f83\u5927\uff0c\u539f\u5219\u4e0a\u5bf9\u65b9\u627f\u62c5\u6210\u672c\u8d39\u7528\u3002\u5728\u6b63\u5f0f\u5b9a\u5355\u540e\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6263\u9664\u6210\u672c\u53ca\u5bc4\u6837\u8d39\u7528\u3002\u7279\u6b8a\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u5982\u5173\u7cfb\u6bd4\u8f83\u597d\u7684\u8001\u5ba2\u6237\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u53ef\u4ee5\u9884\u4ed8\u5e76\u514d\u6536\u6837\u54c1\uff0c\u62a5\u90e8\u95e8\u7ecf\u7406\u6279\u51c6\u540e\u6267\u884c\u3002\u8d39\u7528\u8f83\u5927\u7684\uff0c\u53ef\u62a5\u603b\u7ecf\u7406\u6279\u51c6\u540e\u6267\u884c\u3002<br \/>Per&nbsp;the&nbsp;clients\u2019&nbsp;requirements&nbsp;of&nbsp;sending&nbsp;samples,&nbsp;freight&nbsp;collect&nbsp;shall&nbsp;be&nbsp;generally&nbsp;required;&nbsp;and&nbsp;when&nbsp;the&nbsp;samples&nbsp;quantity&nbsp;is&nbsp;large,&nbsp;the&nbsp;cost&nbsp;shall&nbsp;be&nbsp;charged&nbsp;accordingly.&nbsp;However&nbsp;the&nbsp;cost&nbsp;and&nbsp;freight&nbsp;paid&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;clients&nbsp;will&nbsp;be&nbsp;deducted&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;trial&nbsp;orders.&nbsp;In&nbsp;cases&nbsp;particular,&nbsp;for&nbsp;instance&nbsp;the&nbsp;clients&nbsp;with&nbsp;long&nbsp;tern&nbsp;and&nbsp;firm&nbsp;relations,&nbsp;we&nbsp;can&nbsp;pay&nbsp;the&nbsp;freight&nbsp;in&nbsp;advance&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;samples&nbsp;free&nbsp;after&nbsp;approved&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;manager&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;departments\uff0cor&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;general&nbsp;manager&nbsp;if&nbsp;the&nbsp;amount&nbsp;is&nbsp;large.<br \/>7\u3001\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5916\u5546\u9700\u8981\u6253\u6837\u7684\uff0c\u4e1a\u52a1\u4eba\u5458\u5e94\u548c\u751f\u4ea7\u90e8\u95e8\u534f\u8c03\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u6837\u54c1\u7684\u8d28\u91cf\u53ca\u89c4\u683c\u7b26\u5408\u8981\u6c42\uff1b\u6837\u54c1\u9700\u8981\u90e8\u95e8\u7ecf\u7406\u5ba1\u6838\u540e\u5bc4\u51fa\uff1b\u5916\u5546\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4ea7\u54c1\u6709\u5305\u88c5\u6216\u551b\u5934\u8981\u6c42\u7684\uff0c\u6b63\u5f0f\u5305\u88c5\u6216\u5370\u5237\u524d\u9700\u7ecf\u5916\u5546\u786e\u8ba4\u3002<br \/>The&nbsp;salesman&nbsp;shall&nbsp;coordinate&nbsp;closely&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;production&nbsp;departments&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;samples&nbsp;making&nbsp;process&nbsp;to&nbsp;guarantee&nbsp;the&nbsp;quality&nbsp;and&nbsp;specifications&nbsp;meeting&nbsp;the&nbsp;clients\u2019&nbsp;requirements,&nbsp;and&nbsp;send&nbsp;the&nbsp;samples&nbsp;after&nbsp;the&nbsp;approval&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;final&nbsp;checking&nbsp;up&nbsp;of&nbsp;manager&nbsp;department.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>7\u3001&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u4ed8\u6b3e\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e0a\uff0c\u539f\u5219\u4e0a\u8003\u8651\u524dTT\u5168\u90e8\u6216\u90e8\u5206\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5b9a\u91d1\uff0c\u5269\u4f59\u89c1\u63d0\u5355\u4f20\u771f\u4ef6\u4ed8\u6b3e\uff0c\u53ca\u5168\u90e8\u77ed\u671f\u4fe1\u7528\u8bc1\u3002\u6536\u6c47\u94f6\u884c\u548c\u4e1a\u52a1\u5458\u8d1f\u8d23\u5bf9\u4fe1\u7528\u8bc1\u505a\u5f62\u5f0f\u548c\u5185\u5bb9\u7684\u68c0\u67e5\uff0c\u53d1\u73b0\u5dee\u5f02\u7684\uff0c\u5e94\u53ca\u65f6\u901a\u77e5\u5916\u5546\u4fee\u6539\u3002\u4fe1\u7528\u8bc1\u5ba1\u67e5\u65e0\u8bef\u540e\uff0c\u62a5\u90e8\u95e8\u7ecf\u7406\u590d\u6838\u3002<br \/>2,&nbsp;wire&nbsp;transfer&nbsp;part&nbsp;as&nbsp;deposit,&nbsp;the&nbsp;balance&nbsp;against&nbsp;copy&nbsp;of&nbsp;B\/L.<br \/>3,&nbsp;100%&nbsp;L\/C&nbsp;at&nbsp;sight<br \/>Our&nbsp;beneficiary&nbsp;bank&nbsp;and&nbsp;the&nbsp;salesman&nbsp;will&nbsp;check&nbsp;up&nbsp;the&nbsp;L\/C&nbsp;in&nbsp;form&nbsp;and&nbsp;contents&nbsp;respectively,&nbsp;and&nbsp;inform&nbsp;the&nbsp;clients&nbsp;to&nbsp;make&nbsp;change&nbsp;in&nbsp;time&nbsp;if&nbsp;differences&nbsp;existing,&nbsp;and&nbsp;submit&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;manager&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;departments&nbsp;for&nbsp;re-checking&nbsp;after&nbsp;no&nbsp;faults&nbsp;or&nbsp;differences&nbsp;found&nbsp;in&nbsp;advance..<br \/>8\u3001&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u539f\u5219\u4e0a\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u6536\u5230\u5916\u5546\u7684\u5168\u90e8\u8d27\u6b3e\u3001\u90e8\u5206\u5b9a\u91d1\u53ca\u4fe1\u7528\u8bc1\u7ecf\u590d\u6838\u65e0\u8bef\u540e\uff0c\u5f00\u59cb\u5b89\u6392\u751f\u4ea7\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u8d27\u6e90\uff0c\u8fdb\u884c\u751f\u4ea7\u3002<br \/>As&nbsp;a&nbsp;general&nbsp;rule,&nbsp;the&nbsp;company&nbsp;will&nbsp;arrange&nbsp;the&nbsp;material&nbsp;and&nbsp;plan&nbsp;for&nbsp;production&nbsp;after&nbsp;receiving&nbsp;the&nbsp;payments&nbsp;in&nbsp;above&nbsp;No.8&nbsp;terms.<br \/>9\u3001&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u5728\u5b9a\u5355\u751f\u4ea7\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u4e1a\u52a1\u4eba\u5458\u5e94\u5230\u751f\u4ea7\u8f66\u95f4\u4f1a\u540c\u751f\u4ea7\u4e3b\u7ba1\u5bf9\u4ea7\u54c1\u751f\u4ea7\u8fdb\u884c\u76d1\u7763\u3001\u68c0\u67e5\uff0c\u53d1\u73b0\u95ee\u9898\u53ca\u65f6\u89e3\u51b3\uff1b\u6216\u7531\u90e8\u95e8\u7ecf\u7406\u534f\u8c03\u89e3\u51b3\uff0c\u6216\u90e8\u95e8\u7ecf\u7406\u4e0a\u62a5\u603b\u7ecf\u7406\u89e3\u51b3\u3002\u4e25\u683c\u628a\u63e1\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u89c4\u683c\u3001\u8d28\u91cf\u3001\u5305\u88c5\u3001\u751f\u4ea7\u65f6\u95f4\u7b26\u5408\u540c\u5916\u5546\u7684\u7ea6\u5b9a\u3002<br \/>In&nbsp;the&nbsp;production&nbsp;processing,&nbsp;the&nbsp;salesman&nbsp;shall&nbsp;be&nbsp;at&nbsp;the&nbsp;workshop&nbsp;to&nbsp;supervise&nbsp;and&nbsp;inspect&nbsp;the&nbsp;production&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;person&nbsp;in&nbsp;charge,&nbsp;to&nbsp;find&nbsp;and&nbsp;solve&nbsp;the&nbsp;problems&nbsp;in&nbsp;time,&nbsp;or&nbsp;to&nbsp;report&nbsp;the&nbsp;problems&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;manager&nbsp;of&nbsp;t<br \/>\nhe&nbsp;department&nbsp;for&nbsp;coordinating&nbsp;to&nbsp;solve,&nbsp;or&nbsp;to&nbsp;report&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;general&nbsp;manager&nbsp;for&nbsp;solving,&nbsp;to&nbsp;guarantee&nbsp;the&nbsp;specification,&nbsp;the&nbsp;quality,&nbsp;the&nbsp;packing&nbsp;and&nbsp;production&nbsp;time&nbsp;according&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;requirements&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;clients.<br \/>10\u3001&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u5bf9\u4e8eC&#038;F\u3001CIF\u4ef7\u683c\u6761\u6b3e\u7684\uff0c\u4e1a\u52a1\u4eba\u5458\u5e94\u5728\u751f\u4ea7\u7ed3\u675f\u524d\u4e00\u5468\uff0c\u5b89\u6392\u597d\u8d27\u4ee3\uff0c\u786e\u5b9a\u5b9a\u8231\u4e8b\u5b9c\uff1b\u4e00\u822c\u5728\u8239\u671f\u524d\u4e8c\u65e5\uff0c\u5b89\u6392\u88c5\u67dc\u3001\u8fd0\u8f93\u3002<br \/>In&nbsp;C&#038;F&nbsp;and&nbsp;CIF&nbsp;price&nbsp;terms,&nbsp;the&nbsp;salesman&nbsp;shall&nbsp;arrange&nbsp;and&nbsp;confirm&nbsp;the&nbsp;shipments&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;related&nbsp;agents&nbsp;a&nbsp;week&nbsp;in&nbsp;advance,&nbsp;and&nbsp;to&nbsp;load&nbsp;the&nbsp;goods&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;container&nbsp;and&nbsp;transport&nbsp;the&nbsp;goods&nbsp;two&nbsp;days&nbsp;in&nbsp;advance.<br \/>11\u3001&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u9700\u8981\u59d4\u6258\u4e2d\u4ecb\u673a\u6784\u8fdb\u884c\u62a5\u5173\u3001\u5546\u54c1\u6cd5\u5b9a\u68c0\u9a8c\u3001\u4fdd\u9669\u7684\uff0c\u4e1a\u52a1\u4eba\u5458\u5e94\u53ca\u65f6\u51c6\u5907\u76f8\u5173\u8d44\u6599\u4ea4\u4e2d\u4ecb\u673a\u6784\u529e\u7406\uff1b\u529e\u7406\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e1a\u52a1\u4eba\u5458\u53ef\u4ee5\u534f\u52a9\u3002<br \/>The&nbsp;salesman&nbsp;will&nbsp;prepare&nbsp;the&nbsp;concerned&nbsp;documents&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;Customs&nbsp;declaration,&nbsp;Specified&nbsp;goods\u2019&nbsp;inspection&nbsp;and&nbsp;Insurance&nbsp;by&nbsp;related&nbsp;departments&nbsp;if&nbsp;needed;&nbsp;the&nbsp;salesman&nbsp;can&nbsp;make&nbsp;coordination&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;process.<br \/>12\u3001&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u6536\u6c47\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e3a\u4fe1\u7528\u8bc1\u7684\uff0c\u4e1a\u52a1\u4eba\u5458\u5fc5\u987b\u7ec6\u5fc3\u64cd\u4f5c\uff0c\u8c28\u614e\u5904\u7406\uff0c\u6ce8\u610f\u5355\u8bc1\u7684\u4e00\u81f4\u6027\uff0c\u505a\u5230\u5b89\u5168\u6536\u6c47\u3002<br \/>In&nbsp;the&nbsp;cases&nbsp;of&nbsp;L\/C&nbsp;payments,&nbsp;the&nbsp;salesman&nbsp;need&nbsp;to&nbsp;deal&nbsp;with&nbsp;carefully&nbsp;and&nbsp;cautiously&nbsp;to&nbsp;sure&nbsp;the&nbsp;consistency&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;documents&nbsp;and&nbsp;the&nbsp;L\/C&nbsp;and&nbsp;to&nbsp;receive&nbsp;the&nbsp;funds&nbsp;safely.<br
